Surraya Islamic Nursery School Project - Kampala, Uganda Powered by Sri Showme Finnish Inspired School - Phase 1

Dear Showme Parents,

Showme is delighted to announce that our new CSR/sedekah project that is to train teachers of a new English Islamic School in Kampala, Uganda that is Surraya Islamic Nursery School.

.

Sri Showme Private School has been approached by the school funders/contributors from Malaysia to help this school running and established an English, Islamic, Alternative school concept in Kampala, Uganda. This project is 100% based on sedeqah/infaq and Showme has agreed to be part of this beautiful project as part of our dakwah.

.

For your information, Uganda is not and Islamic country and received its independence in October 1962 from United Kingdom. Their population is around 49Million and around 14% are muslims and around 8.5Millions (19%) lives in capital city of Uganda that is Kampala where the new school is planned to be operated.

.

Me, Principal Red will be representing Showme together with one of the funder, A Muslim Medical Specialist from Sunway Hospital (name to be kept secret for privacy) will do our first trip/visit end of this month, November 2024.

.

Hence, we are offering any parents to be part of the contributors and part of this beautiful project by donating minimum amount of RM50 so that Showme can use this money for:

1. Travelling including teachers and staffs

2. Lodging

3. Books and other teaching materials related

4. Other related matters to the school

.

We will be sharing the updates of the school from time to time until it is fully operational in Feb 2025.
